I forgot my password and the answer to my security question, how can I reset my password to my account?

Your administrator can reset it.

it is a personal account, would I have an administrator? If so, who is my administrator? Thanks.

Is it not giving you an option other than the security question?

No it only asks for the answer to the security question to allow me to change my password but each time it shows an error message saying ' Invalid security response for resetting password. '
