ArcGIS Online Location Platform does not work anymore, how to fix?

I created a project in unity, in which I used the ArcGIS SDK to load Geo-Data into my project. After the Update in Febuary I am not able to use my in ArcGIS Online created layers and maps. I do have an ArcGIS Location Account but if I am trying to log into it, it shows the folowing error ArcGIS Location Platform account required "You are signed in with an ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS public account. To access developer tools to create and manage OAuth 2.0 applications, API keys and hosted data services, you need to go to your ArcGIS portal." If I go to my ArcGIS portal I am not able to see anything about my ArcGIS Location Account/Subscription. How can i fix this issue so that I am able to see and use my created ArcGIS Online data (Maps and Layers, API Key) in Unity?
