Webmap forms have dissappeared

I have a webmap, with forms set up for each of the data layers that is driving data collection through an online web app. HOWEVER this morning after the update was released all of the forms have disappeared from the webmap. Is there a way to get our old forms back?

There is a lot of arcade-coding that has gone into each of the forms for the data layers as it grabs and sums totals from population layers etc, to the effort to reconfigure this all will be significant.

Do you have forms on other web maps to confirm if this is isolated to the one web map item?

Thanks @Stephanie_F I checked again this morning and all the forms now load.

One thing to note is that the previous configured forms take a while to load, so give the white page a minute and eventually the forms appear! Feeling very relieved, and hoping the new release is not going to affect the performance on web experiences built off the webmaps.
