Automating replace web layer from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online

I've seen a few similar posts about this but am still having issue with figuring this out. I have a model builder that I want to use to 1) process a feature layer, 2) replace an existing web layer in ArcGIS Online, and 3) automate the entire process.

I am having most issues with the second step: replacing an existing web layer from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online.

I've tried to piece together a tool using a python script using the following (just a few resources I've come across):

If anyone has created a tool that does what I am looking for, would you mind sharing your process or how you came to your final output? I'm not sure if I need an admin account to do this or if I'm maybe missing something in my script.
