No access to WMS styles-sublayer

Good day to all,
the post could also stand for ArcGisPro or -Enterprise. I am unable to access the colour styles contained in the WMS of the ALKIS real estate map of the Brandenburg Land Survey.
For example, the group layer ‘Actual utilisation’ (layer ID13) is broken down into the individual utilisation types ‘Waters’ (ID14), ‘Vegetation’ (ID18) etc. However, the respective colour representations (ID 16, 20, 24 or 31) are then missing:

I read in an old post from 2014 that this was a problem 11 years ago.

But it still seems to be the same today.

This has been logged as an enhancement request with the product team, who are currently reviewing it

We could also really use this functionality, to access other styles available in the WMS in AGOL Map Viewer.
