Address Search on Android returns no addresses

Our electric department has a few online maps their utility crews use while out in the field. Recently they began to have issues with finding addresses if they were using an Android Phone. They don't get an error message but instead a response that the search returned 0 results.

It was suggested to move ESRI's locator to the default position - I would rather not but we tried that with no luck. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same?

Can confirm I've been having issues with search since yesterday.

Search returns different results each time you search for an address. Sometimes it finds nothing, sometimes it finds the address you're looking for, sometimes it finds a batch of completely different names that are just mildly similar to what I searched for.
