Exporting table to Excel takes forever

Hi all,

I'm attempting to export a table to an Excel file via AGOL. The table is very small, only 9 entries. After I select the export option and a destination folder, I select "export". It never completes the export. If I terminate it early, it will produce an Excel file, but that file can't be opened in Excel. Anyone encounter this before? I can export other tables in other AGOL projects, but this one isn't working correctly. Is there maybe a field in the table that is messing up? Thanks!

hi @KentonSumpterMDA, since this is data specific it likely is something to do with how the fields or data is set up. If you are able, please reach out to have esri support log a bug so the team can investigate!

Today, I updated ArcPro from 3.2 to 3,4. Would sharing a web map prior to the update have messed up future exports from AGOL post-update?

I figured it out. It was silly. The first time you select a layer in the webmap overview won't take you to the specific layer. You'll still have the option to export data, but it doesn't seem to actually be in an exportable format. You need to select the specific layer (or table) that you want in order to properly export it. Chock this one up to user error and a poor UI.
