For example, when the map viewer has an asthma rate layer (census tract-level) turned on, I'd like to be able to calculate the aggregate asthma rate for the entire city, then display the result in the popup for the city layer. Since I am creating a webmap that includes a very large amount of data, I'd rather not create a separate arcade expression for every single layer and make the viewer look for the one they're interested in in the popup. Therefore a functionality to dynamically retrieve data from layers that are turned on would be helpful, if it exists.</P><P>However, I can't seem to find an arcade function that retrieves data from a layer based on whether or not it's turned on in the contents.
