ArcGIS online import Mapbox web layer

Hi, I've manged to import a map layer from my Mapbox studio into ArcGIS online, but noticed that the layer in ArcGIS online doesn't offer the same functionality as in Mapbox, for example map pitch. Where you can tilt the map with the mouse, turn the map around to show another direction other than north etc. Has ArcGIS online ever been able to achieve this functionality? Fi so, how can I change the settings of the layer in ArcGIS online to achieve this?

1. To turn a map in Map Viewer, right click and drag the map to the desired orientation

2. To tilt a map, use a 3D application like Scene Viewer
