Error adding Esri layer to map

It seems that there are issues with certain Esri AGOL layers. I'm getting an error when adding the US Wind Turbine Database feature layer from Esri to a map and it will not load in existing maps.

Map Viewer Classic message:

Permission Denied
Secure ArcGIS Server services are not supported at this time.

Map Viewer message:

Unable to add layer US Wind Turbine Database
The layer, US Wind Turbine Database, cannot be added to the map.

This seems to be happening with other layers from the Living Atlas as well. I've tried some other layers from the Esri Landscape group.

Yup, last night's update had some lingering effects most notably to arcgis.com. You can monitor their status dashboard via https://status.arcgis.com/#

This issue should now be resolved.
