Review Sharing - Authentication Required

I am trying to share a draft version of an application with a few individuals but it keeps asking them for a login, even when all layers are set to public. When I go back to the web map, i get the following message.

I have checked everywhere I can think of but have been unsuccessful in finding the cause for it not to share properly.

Hi @GarthHoxsie-Quinn , there isn't much info to go on from that error message but it looks like the map probably is using a developer basemap which requires credentials to access (whether that is simply signing in with any organization account or setting up an api key for the app).

If your app is hosted in Online (instant app, expB etc), you should switch out the basemap for a "regular" one (the developer basemaps are typically only set up as basemaps in your basemap gallery if you are using a developer / platform account). However, if your app isnt hosted and you are using a developer basemap intentionally, you would need to use an api key in your app..the api key would facilitate access without having to sign in.
