Stretch Image Colour Ramp Does Not Update

I have a service which uses Apply dynamic range adjustment. As I zoom in / out or pan around my symbology automatically changes based on the map extents.

For the example above the Min = 4.03 and Max = 8.09.

When I change the map extents, the symbology does change but the Min / Max stays the same. This is 100% wrong and gives our users the wrong data ranges.

Conversely, if you look at the exact same service in ArcGIS Pro the legend does in fact update as the map extents change. Please see screen grabs below.

The Min = 4.4 and Max = 7.74

When the map extents change, the legend is updated (Min = 5.51, Max = 7.5).

I did discover and replied to an older post that describes similar issues and suggested that this is a bug. That post was from four years ago. (@GregSpontak)

I'm very curious to hear if anyone else has experienced this issue and if they have, did you find a solution or work-around.
