Relationship classes lost when exporting from ArcGIS online

Hello!

I have a relationship dilemma!! No not that kind!

So when I go to export all layers and tables from a hosted feature layer which has relationship classes as shown in the feature server REST directory (photo below) I am losing my relationships. In a gatabase with over 100+ relationships this is a very massive task to have to reestablish every time I go AGOL>Local>Back to Local.

Does anyone know if the best way to keep relationships in tact when going local? Or a quick way to reestablish them that doesn't involve using the create relationship class tool 100+ times?

One thing I noticed is that when exporting to a fGDB from AGOL I get this additonal table called "GDB_ServiceItems" which has this field called iteminfo, which seems to store some information about the relationships, though I have no idea of how to do anything helpful with it (photo attacched).
