Tile Layer zooming to higher layer

Hi,

I host a tile layey and set the resample to true.

However, I'm still not able to set visibility scale level under House

Either I cannot generate smaller tile level

Is there a way to achieve a closer view?

I have had a similar experience sharing tile layers to AGOL. I found I cannot share a tile with a further out extent and change the extent to view closer up in AGOL. When sharing a Tile layer to AGOL in the share settings in ArcGIS Pro you can adjust the scale/extent there. When doing this, check the estimated size of the tile. The closer to the ground you set the extent, the more tiles it will create. This can consume a lot of credits depending how big your raster/tiled layer is, be aware of this.
