Can I transfer ownership of a map to someone else?

Hi everyone! I've been making a map and I want to keep it accessible but I don't necessarily want to pay for this account for forever. Is there a way to sort of give my arcgis online published map to someone else?

Are you trying to transfer ownership to someone outside of your 'organization'?
