Customised User Role - Specific Group Access

Hi All,

I'm looking for a definitive example of a customised user role where the user has access to a specific group only. I don't want them to have access to other groups or organisation content, just the group that I add them to only.

Anyone able to screenshot a customised role that has these settings?

I don't believe a role with only access to 1 group is natively supported through roles. So you can - Set the group to allow only members to see its content. This way, even if users can see other groups, they won’t have access to the content in those groups.

Permissions Management: Be strategic about what content is shared within your organization and adjust sharing settings on other items to ensure they are not visible to the user.
