AFAIK, the arcade profile/pop up params in Field Maps does not support that functionality. If the attachments layer is truly related, your best bet would be to add a related records element to your pop ups and allow the field maps user to access that and click on images to pull them up. This is how I have my utilities inspections and service connections set up.

With the help of this post, I managed to display a related image in a popup in the map viewer.

However, this image does not show up in the Field Maps app, I get a runtime error (15).

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks.

Ok I just tested your workflow with a layer in another service that has real related records.

In Field Maps, in the popup, I have to download the attachments beforehand. Is that what you experience as well?
Other than that, it does work yeah. I'll try to create a relationship between my two layers to see if it works. Will report back.
Thanks!

Edit:

I forgot that the layers have to be in the same service to create a relationship. This might take a little while...
