However, making updates on Enterprise syncs to ArcGIS Online with no issues. Features are shared via copies, however it appears that they attempt to share as a reference but logs show it fails multiple times before canceling. Sync shows at successful (green check), but new or edited features never update in Enterprise.</P><P>An analyst from the UC Expo technical support has tested on my machine and acknowledged this issue and mentioned that they will log a bug because other users are experiencing the same problem.
