Problem with display TiileXYZ layer / via proxy

Hello,

I have a little problem with display TileXYZ layer at Webmap (AGOL). I can add it to the map, but it's not displayed. It looks like proxy problem - /sharing/proxy?. When application/map uses a proxy to display tiles, they are blocked (HTTP 500 code).

Without a proxy it works fine:

Applications created with Experience Builder use proxy, so TileXYZ layer is not displayed, WMTS layer is displayed fine:

Application created with WebAppBuilder doesn't use proxy and everything is fine:

but it seems to not support WMTS layer 😉

Both application use the same map with two raster layer: WMTS and TileXYZ

How can I display this correctly on one map/app?
