why does the printed map shift my layers

I'm trying to make a map on esri online and every time I try to print map it shifts the location of my layers or edits over away from the location shown on my screen (the location I want them in) why it is doing this.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot or a video of the issue at hand? I was able to find documentation on how printing is done in ArcGIS Online.

I've highlighted a section in this article; are you able to provide a screenshot of the "Show print area"?

Have you tried printing from ArcGIS Pro? Are you experiencing the same issue?
