URL parameters too long for mobile devices?

Dear users,

We are just using the idea of mobile parameters to allow users to look at various locations on the map.
Below is one that we maybe using. It locates the specific location on desktop devices, that is great if everyone is using a desktop.

The problem arises when we try to use this in a mobile device: IOS or Android.

My device is an iPhone 12 on iOS 17.5.1 – issue is replicable in both Chrome and Safari on that device
The Android phone is a Fairphone FP running Android 13 – issue replicable in Firefox and Brave browsers
I’m almost entirely certain that this is an issue with screen size rather than device / OS however as the iPad mini which is displaying the map correctly is running exactly the same version of iOS as I am (17.5.1)

I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems?

I'm sure the resolution is simple, we have not yet investigated views of an ESRI map, maybe there is something in there that we could try?

We are a relatively new customer to ESRI (End Jan 2024).

Any thoughts would be very welcome.
