Co-ordinate Parameters from a feature service

Dear all,

We have a few layers within our organisation. One of which being the Rights of way layer.
What I need is the rest endpoint to have an url address to identify the following.

We need to passing the required centre co-ordinates in the URL.

https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?url=https://services-eu1.arcgis.com/nvL9EDc30lviBdlc/arcgis/rest/services/esri_access_recreation_prows/FeatureServer/

What I need to have is the parameters to put on the end to link to the centre point of each right of way at a certain zoom level.

Do you have a specification for the URL parameters for this endpoint?

https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?url=https://services-eu1.arcgis.com/nvL9EDc30lviBdlc/arcgis/rest/services/esri_access_recreation_prows/FeatureServer/center=500000,5500000,102100&level=4 This does not accept what I have put in.

This is the parameters of the last one which worked:

https://exmoor-npa.cloudmappin.com/prows#map?layers=21,20,7,9&bg_maps=&zoom=5&center=269126.98053788003744557,140808.96620537978014909Been taken offline now.

I would like know if I can put across any eastings and northings (I know that is a very UK orientated projection)
I have this as a URL at the moment.

I know I have lat long in there... Is this the right sort of parameters?

Ok this is the parameters I have put in place. Doesn't seem to want the recognise 27700 at the BNG coordinate reference system we wish to use. I am missing that part of it.

"centre=276075%2C138587%2C27700&level=20" These are the parameters that I am struggling with. If I have read this correctly it should work.

Right I think I have got what I need, looking at the various help documents, provided in the community and from tech support.... This is what I need.

It takes me to the location and zoom level on Exmoor
