I don't know a way of doing this through ArcGIS Online, but ArcGIS Pro's field calculator can update the shape of a feature and assign coordinates to a point. Finding objects without geometry can probably be done with a select by expression like "SHAPE is null" or something.

I created a hosted feature layer with points, importing from an excel chart. Some of the points did not have latlon, so these are not showing on the map.

How can I find the lines in the data tab, that are not visible on the map? And how can I give them coordinates?

I have the X and Y column available, and tried to enter the values here, but it did not help. Is there any other way to do this?
