Offline map area download fails code 500

We have many maps that created in AGOL and associated with survey123; our field workers using field maps and for a better experience they use offline mode; today we received a report that none of them are able to download the offline mode and when we checked in the office we also cannot download offline mode. Created new map with only one layer but still can’t download. Sync offline on all layers are toggled on.

any ideas…?

There can be many causes of that error, but this was the most recent bug that my organization has run into. I would suggest checking the indexes on your layers and ensure none of them have a `-` or other invalid chars.
