ArcGIS Online Shapefile Import Problem

Can't import shapefile. Error message says .shp is missing. I have verified and it is visible in the .zip folder. Catalog displays the shapefile with no errors.
There is less than 1000 records, and shapefile contains point features.
Tried in Firefox and IE with no luck. Tried importing from local C:\ with no luck.

Please help!

Hi Jay,

Did you have the shapefile opened when you created the zip file ? Is the name of the new layer is the same as the name of the .zip file you added?

Please verify that you have followed all the best practices in the help link below:
About shapefiles

Would it be possible to upload the shapefile ?

Yeah I made sure there is no file locking, still get the error.

You can't have a folder in your zip file. The assorted shapefile files should be at the top level of the zip file.
