Trouble to add points in point layer

Hello all, I need some help.

I have a feature service in ArcGIS online that has different layers of points, however, in one of these layers it is impossible to add new records. Editing is enabled to add, modify, and delete records, which is possible in the other layers, but not this one.

I have been trying all the ways that I know:

-Picking directly in the web map ✖️

-Copy/paste from ArcGIS Pro ✖️

-Append from ArcGIS PRO: display this message ✖️

This error is the only clue that I have, It's related to a Output XY Domain environment, but I checked and everything is fine.

Has somebody fixed this problem?
