Beginner question

Hi! I am new to ArcGIS and trying to add maps available on online resources to my maps I created in arcGIS. How do I go about doing this? Below are examples of some of the maps I would like to copy over to my ArcGIS maps to overlay with my own location maps. Are they restricted? How would I know if these maps can be imported to ArcGIS?

You're probably going to have to get a link to their data. I would see if there is contact information that you can reach out to them.

There may be licensing options available for you, or they may have gotten their data from an open source. (for example I get a lot of my stuff from the Government of Canada. We've got a bunch that they make available for free)

Thanks for the reply. I see once I login I am able to download some data. The challenge I have now is the files are not uploadable to ArcGIS. It seem they are not in the right format. From what I can gather they need to be converted. Is this a simple task or is there a tutorial on doing this?

What format is it currently?

Depending on the file type it may be easy or hard.
