topic Vector Tile Style Editor and PopUps? in ArcGIS Online Questions

I am using the AGOL Vector Tile Style Editor with an ESRI Basemap, if I can add my own Hosted Vector Tile Layer, is it possible to create a popup from this layer that will work in AGOL Map Viewer. Example, the user sees the new basemap made in the Vector Tile Style Editor and clicks on a point (from the Hosted Vector Tile Style Layer I mentioned) and a popup appears for that point. Is it possible to do this?
