Is ArcGIS online free for personal use? if it is, does it have the same resources or not?

Hi Sana,

ArcGIS public account is a free account designed for personal, non-commercial use. It allows you to create, store, and manage basic maps, scenes, layers, apps, and other geospatial content. However it does come with a list of limitations:

Perform analysis in Map Viewer
Publish hosted layers
Access or subscribe to premium content
Join, share with, and collaborate with groups owned by organizational accounts
Create apps with ArcGIS Experience Builder or ArcGIS Dashboards
Use ArcGIS Online add-on applications, app bundles, usertype extensions, or organizational extensions
Use ArcGIS location services
Use embed blocks in ArcGIS StoryMaps
