Hello,

I am trying to print/save a map I created with 3 different layers and each time I try to print it (in MapViewer Classic and MapViewer) it does not work. No matter what format I choose (jpg, pdf, png, etc), I get an error message or red X saying it will not print/save. However, when I go to simpler maps I've made with one layer the printing works. And so how can I save my map that has more layers/data? I would like the map to look nice and print well for publication quality.

Thank you,

Lucia

Not sure if this is the issue, but are any of these problematic layers premium content from Living Atlas?

Can you try turning all layers off but one problematic and see if it still does not print?

Take at look at Developer Tools in the web browser for any errors?
