How can I join same data in dashboard using arcade expression?

Hi everyone, I'm kinda new is ArcGIS online, I have some queries about dashboard and data expression.

I want to combine the data of each hazard so that I can count the total of each hazard but I don't know how can I do it because when I open the New Data Expression, it says that "This profile does not have any variables."

Here's the data I want to combine and seperate from other hazard.

I think the GroupBy() function is what you want. There are some examples in the documentation.
