I'm trying to access the arcgis online content tab from Hayer but it keeps the circle loading and doesn't go from there, I need help, what's happening, thank you very much

@CiigaEstrategas, it would be great if you could provide some more info to understand about the issue:

Are you facing the issues with loading 'Content Tab' from ArcGIS Online or facing issues with loading a layer?

If the issue is with opening Content's tab, could you try these steps:

Clear cache of the browser
test in incognito mode
test in a different browser
Are you able to open another tabs (Groups/home/organization or any other)?

If the issue is with layer:

Try above mentioned steps here as well.
Have you tried opening the layer in both map viewers?
How many features does this layer contains?
Are you opening the layer for the first time or have you previously worked on this layer? If you have worked on this layer, then, did you experience any such issues in the past?
How was this layer created (directly in AGO, published from ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap, added from living atlas or any other source)?
Does this layer ever loads, if no, does it give any errors?

I have the problem that the content tab does not load and it is only the only one that does not load the others if they do load (Groups/home/organization), I already did the deleting thing from the cache, with other browsers and also with incongnito, I no longer know What to do, I'll send you an image of how the content is just loading,

@CiigaEstrategas, could you try in different machine and different network?

You can test with your mobile using mobile device internet itself?
