Northern Marianas and Guam

Is there a plan, or source, to map using the US Territories of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands? I have work I need to do in these areas, and they are unavailable under any territory I can use, or map against.

to be able to map based on US Postal Codes, and define a geography based on them.

These don't seem to help me to map by US Postal Codes, unless I'm missing something.
