I am trying to upload a table of addresses (which include city, state, zip code etc) and I am getting an "error" when I try to use the "World Geocode Service". To be able to use this tool do I have to be logged into ArcGIS Online? How do I know if my subscription has access to this?

Thanks,

Brittany
