reverse geocode service - cannot get desired address

I have a developer account and trying out rest api. This is the url I tried with token.
https://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/reverseGeocode?f=pjson&featureTypes=&location=45.406750,-75.735222

This should give a canadian address in Ottawa, It shows an address in Antartica.

Please advise

You should pass first x and then y, but you passed reverse.

As @Amir-Sarrafzadeh-Arasi mentions, you simply have listed your coordinates in the wrong order.
Try this, and you'll see that it maps to an address in Tunney's Pasture 🙂
