Hosted feature layer doesn't work anymaore

Hi everyone,

I wish an happy new year on AGOL ! 🙂

Since 2 weeks all my hosted feature layers doesn't work anymore. All my applications/Maps are down!.

When i try to open the hosted feature layer to manage this one from the content, i have a message like this "You do not have permissions to access this resource."

I didn't do any action who could generate this issue.

I found this problem too, i think it's teh same problem.

I will write in this one too, but this one is not solve i prefer to open another one to be sur to not mix the problems.

Sorry for my syntaxt, english is not my native language.

Hi. My problem is solve or i can explain it. In "Arcgis Developers" > Layers, i found this message with some hyperlinks that explain why the hosted services are ko and what to do to make themself works again.

The explanation wasn't in arcgisonline so i could spend time (or my life) on it! 🙂

I have to wait, delete data or pay to get my services back .

I would also like to see a solution to this problem, since my map has been down since early January.
