Cannot insert a feature

Hi, I have this problem.
I have a "fire hydrants" feature layer related to a table "control hydrants". The layer can be modify. Since a month to now I can no longer insert new features and can only modify existing ones.
I don't get any error message, simply the feature is not drawn.
I tried downloading the geodatabase and reloading it but it didn't solve the problem.

Hi @MichaelaAntenucci are you the owner of this item? What is the nature of the relationship on the item (1:1, 1:M) Can you also send me the geodatabase to test with?
