Why does a feature not snapping to another feature while dragging and hover to it

I'm having snapping problems, i dragged the line and hovered to another line to snap, but doesn't snap although i have the snapping features on. Also, it does not snap parallelly to another line that is facing while drawing or dragging. Can somebody add this snapping feature please?

@Fyonter12 did you expand the layers and enable snapping on them specifically

Yes, i already did it, and now it's working when i click on the feature two times. But i'm facing another problem, the feature won't snap parallel to another feature where is facing when drawing or dragging it, and dragging the screen to move while in sketch mode will draw free-form features with many dots, so please can you solve it by adding that feature Bbollin.

@Fyonter12 Yes, we only have parallel indicators for the feature you are currently drawing, not other features as well. This is something we can consider though. Thank you for the feedback!

Alright then, but how do i snap features parallel to another feature while drawing or dragging it. If not, so can you please add that feature to the next update please Bbollin?

Also i'm having other snapping and feedback problems, the starting point while drawing or dragging won't snap at the edge of another feature, no format description provided about the feature, how do i split nodes in a feature, and when dragging the screen it draws a free-form feature with many dots. Can you please solve it or add that feature in the next update sure.
