Data points cut off on the edge od tile layer

I created a feature layer by uploading xlsx of my data points.When I display them in Map Viewer, I can see all the data points on my map:

I also edited the extent, so it's a bit bigger than what my points represent.

Next, I created a vector tile layer. When I preview that layer in the map viewer, parts of points that are on the edge are cut off. Even though they still lay inside the extent of my feature and tile layer.

What could be the problem? Is there any other setting I need to pay attention to?
