DataMapWales - WMS/WFS - Access problems

I'm experiencing problems accessing these layers in both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with DataMapWales?

They do display in ArcGIS Pro, but not all the attribute data comes through correctly and is only showing 1085 features instead of the 1413 features.

I did try to publish as a WebMap, but it loads as an error within ArcGIS Online and when I put the WebMap back into ArcGIS Pro, it does not load the layer at all.

In MapViewerClassic, both layers work but when changing to MapViewer, I get an error on the WFS, and the WMS seems to load, but no data is actually shown.

I have been able to add the WFS to ArcGIS Pro and I also see 1085 features. What makes you think there are 1413?
I have also tested the WFS with QGIS 3.34.6-Prizren and it also reports 1085 features.

The WMS does work for me in MapViewer:

That was using the URL: datamap.gov.wales/capabilities/layer/386/?ows_service=wms

Can you give that another go and see if that works for you?
