    <description>&lt;P&gt;When adding an OGC WFS layer (from URL) the data is added once (upto the max. number of features) and not refreshed upon zooming or panning. In other words the bbox filter capabilities of the WFS service are not utilized. Am I doing something wrong or is this as designed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
