Vector Tile Style Editor Create Label Class

Curious to know if it were possible to add labels in ArcGIS Online to a vector tile layer/package that wasn't defined at the desktop level? I have defined labels on certain features, but not all, but I would like to add them now, but don't want to wait the 4-5 days it'll take to republish the VTPK from Pro. I've scanned through the style JSON file and I don't see any obvious relationship between the layer with labels and the actual label class. My thought on this was that I could harvest the label class and apply it to the other features that don't have labels defined.

Using the Vector Tile Style Editor, I can duplicate the label class, but it just duplicates it for the positions they were originally defined for. I don't see an option to create them for other features in the same layer. Any ideas or possible JSON related workarounds?
