ArcGIS Pop Not adding correct attribute information

Hello, having an issue with my pop up on arcgis online. For some reason when I am trying to add the attributes to my pop up, it is not populating correctly. Attached is a screenshot. I am assuming it has to do with the fact it says {relationships/1/...} but I do not know how to fix that or how that 1 got in there.

Hi @EmilySpeck,

If you want to replace those fields you mentioned in the Pop-up text editor {relationships/1/....}, you can now do that by clicking on the { } button on the Top Ribbon, then selecting the name of the field you'd like to insert in its place.

That is what I have been using and is only showing {relationship/1/
