Incorrect information on map - corrections?

It depends on the data source. If it's on an Esri basemap you can provide feedback here.

I encountered some incorrect directional information using the https://logistics.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/Route/GPServer/FindRoutes/submitJob endpoint.
Attached is the route information Esri provided:
1) One of the roads is 1 direction.
2) After the highway on-ramp, Esri suggests going the opposite direction on the highway.
