Dynamically change point symbology

Hello Everyone,

I have created a track view layer that automatically generates tracks based on the Last View Location point layer (from Field maps).

In my web map, I added a Last View Location Layer and another polygon layer. My objective is to implement dynamic symbolization for this Last View Location layer. On that web map I will create dashboard.

The idea is that when the Last View Location point moves beyond the polygon's boundaries, the point symbol should automatically change, similar to geofencing.

For Example, if point inside the polygon it should be in Red color and if outside the polygon than in Green color.
