Modifying Styles for Hosted Tile Layer

We have a hosted vector tile layer in ArcGIS Online

This layer is embedded into a webpage and we want to update the styles associated with it but can’t figure out how to update the styles in AGOL and have them reflect in the above tiled layer.

There only seems to be a ‘Save as’ option.

How do I make changes in the Vector Tile Style Editor and have it stay with the original hosted tile layer?

Have you given the following a try, Update vector tile layer style?

Notice the above functionality is only supported via the Map Viewer Classic app.
