I tried following the directions on the Manage hosted feature layer editing page, but, when I go to the settings tab there is no <SPAN><SPAN class="">Feature Layer (Hosted) Settings</SPAN> or <SPAN class="">Feature Layer (Hosted, View) Settings</SPAN> section so I can't check "<SPAN class="">Enable editing</SPAN>."
