If someone selects yes for any of the inputs, they are prompted with two date fields (sent/received) and must fill them in before they can continue. We can't seem to build a working relevant statement to hide the "Approvals &amp; Department Transfers" group from showing when its not supposed to. I've attached the excel sheet if anyone is able to help us.
