New Item window does not include Imagery Layer

Hello, when adding a New Item in ArcGIS Online the Imagery layer item type does not appear.

The environment includes ArcGIS personal License, I am logged in as Administrator (only option as the organization has only one user)

When following the "Deep Learning Using ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online" tutorial offered by ESRI the following image is presented:

However in my installation I get these options:

My organization has over 90 credits so I doubt that is the issue.

Is there a special setup required for ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online to activate a license?

Hello,

ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online is a user type extension that requires a license. You can check your licenses by going to My Settings > Licenses. Is the ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online listed?
