ArcGIS Online Attribute Table Scroll Bar Width

Is there a way to adjust the width/height of the scroll bars present in the attribute table panel when opened in a map application? The horizontal scroll bar is especially thin (vertically) and can be difficult for users wanting to scroll through the data using their mouse cursor.

I don't think there is a way to adjust this. I have also tested this with Experience BUilder and the Table Widget also does not allow for that level of customisation.
